The office is open from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, We are closed from 1:00pm-2:00pm for lunch. Office hours on Wednesday and Saturday are 8:00am-1:00pm.
How do I get an appointment?

How soon can I expect to see a physician?
We can usually get you in the same day with very little wait time in urgent situations. Our office staff is there to answer any appointment questions you might have. Our hours are flexible and we will try our best to get you in as quickly as possible with quality care you deserve.
Will my insurance be accepted by your office and will you file the claim?
Please click the insurance plans button to see if your insurance is accepted. We will see anyone who comes to the office and we will file claims, but responsibility of payment for service ultimately remains with the patient.
What payment methods do you accept?
For payments, we accept Discover, MasterCard and VISA credit cards. We also take payment by a personal check, or by cash.
What is a co-payment?
This is the charge that your insurer requires you to pay a doctor's office at the time service is rendered. The amount will vary from one policy to the next.
What is a deductible?
This is the amount that the patient has to pay before the insurer will begin benefits. For example, if medical services costs $200 and the deductible is $150, then the patient pays the first $150 while the insurer pays the remaining $50. This amount is reset annually.
What do I do if I have an emergency?
If you are truly having a medical emergency, please dial 911 and seek help immediately. For urgent problems, you may call during normal office hours and we will schedule you a same day appointment.
Which hospitals are you affiliated with?
Gwinnett Medical is our only affiliation and one we are proud of.

What is your policy on releasing records?
For us to release patient's records we must have written consent; standard copying fees apply.
Do you have a nurse available to speak with if I have questions?
A nurse is in our office during normal business hours. They will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
What should I bring with me when I come to the office?
Since insurance verification has to occur with each and every office visit, we ask that you bring proof of identification with a picture ID, your insurance card, and any medical records from referring doctors or former primary care physicians if possible (if you are new to the practice). Of course, you will be responsible for co-pays and deductibles. There is also forms to fill out-which are available by clicking on the patient forms link.
